I went into wedding planning extremely intimidated and nervous because of all of the horror stories that surround the topic. Immediately after touring Crystal Ballroom-St. Augustine, my worries were laid to rest. My husband, Zach and I had the most beautiful springtime wedding that you could imagine. The entire process seemed like a fairytale - from touring the venue with Kat who answered all 10 million of our questions with the kindest spirit to being paired with our coordinator, Alyssa, we couldn't have asked for better! Everything that I'd ever pictured or imagined for my wedding was executed perfectly through Alyssa's professionalism, creativity, knowledge, and just overall compassion that she showed to not only me and my husband, but our family and friends as well. She took the time to really communicate with us and understand the vision for our day and she literally exceeded every expectation that we had and delivered our best day ever. Throughout our engagement, I was constantly being asked if wedding planning was stressful or if I was nervous and every time the answer was a simple "no." The staff at Crystal Ballroom-St. Augustine made our lives so easy! My Pinterest board literally came alive and I have this amazing venue to thank for that.

Extravagant Services

Each Event Package Includes…

  • Day of Event Coordinator will ensure your day runs flawlessly from start to finish, beginning in the early stages of the planning process with your design and decor appointment, creating and discussing your timeline, collaborating with all of your professional vendors.

  • Banquet Manager will work directly with the coordinator’s timeline and manage staff

  • Room Attendants during your event to ensure the venue is kept clean and your guests are always taken care of.

  • Bartenders will mix and serve delectable cocktails to your guests. We offer the freedom and flexibility to stock your own bar with your chosen beverages

  • Prior to your event day, you’ll also have a one-hour Event Summary of your final details and inventory of your beverages and personal items 

  • A  45-minute Rehearsal of your ceremony, processional, and recessional.

Open Vendor Policy

Crystal Ballroom St. Augustine is the perfect place to build your dream celebration team. With an extensive network of trusted vendors, including entertainment DJ's, photographers, videographers, make-up artists, sweet treats, catering, and more, we can help you create an event that is truly one-of-a-kind. We also have an open vendor policy, so you can bring in your own vendors if that's what you would prefer. Our team of event experts are here to help you every step of the way, from planning to execution.
